1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of qropstransfer.in ("the Site") operated by MII Solutionz Pvt. Ltd. ("MII Solutionz", "we", "our", "us"). They form a binding agreement between you and MII Solutionz from the moment you use the Site.

2. Use of the website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt, hack, scrape at scale, or otherwise misuse the Site or its services.

3. Scope of services

MII Solutionz provides:

Free initial UK pension QROPS eligibility assessments.
HMRC-compliance verification for QROPS transfers.
Documentation support and end-to-end coordination of UK pension transfer to India.
Wealth advisory, investment and insurance solutions through MII Private Wealth.

Any engagement beyond the free assessment is governed by a separate engagement letter that supersedes this section.

4. Fees

The free QROPS assessment is provided at no cost and with no obligation to proceed. Fees for any subsequent engagement (transfer execution, advisory, investments, insurance) are agreed upfront, in writing, before any work begins.

5. Nature of advice

Information on the Site is general in nature and intended for educational purposes. It does not constitute personal financial, tax or legal advice. Any specific recommendations are made only after a formal engagement and a documented suitability review.

6. Tax position

Tax outcomes for UK pension transfers depend on personal residency, scheme structure, drawdown decisions, and the live UK-India Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement (DTAA). We model tax positions to the best of current understanding, but final tax confirmation should be sought from a qualified tax adviser in your jurisdiction.

7. Liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MII Solutionz' total liability arising from your use of the Site or our free assessment is limited to INR 0 (the free assessment carries no fee). Liability arising from a paid engagement is governed by the relevant engagement letter.

We exclude liability for: third-party UK ceding provider delays; HMRC or Indian regulator decisions; market or currency movements affecting transferred funds.

8. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and design on the Site is owned by or licensed to MII Solutionz. You may share links and quote short extracts with attribution, but you may not republish substantial content without our written consent.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be flagged on the Site with a new "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
